There's a really good reason for that, obviously. The stuff you can do to an imaginary character is stuff that would get you thrown in jail if you tried to do it to a real person (and in a lot of cases would be downright unpalatable if you were to watch it happening to a real person, imo).
I think a lot of guys are conditioned by their friends to find the normative fantasies titillating, but in the age of the internet just as many are turning to other outlets for their "deviant" kinks. It's a cultural thing for live action porn to cater to what is deemed "normal" male fantasies. If it was the norm for it to cater to "normal" female fantasies we'd probably see more women consuming it, but instead what do we tend to see? Fanfiction. Romance novels. Manga and doujinshi.
