I'd say about 60-65% of the time, after I finish a sentence, I'll repeat the last five or six words a little quieter. I have zero control over this, and often it's not even a complete thought as-is. Like...an example would be "This show is one of my favorites, it's so funny my favorites it's so funny." It is...the absolute weirdest thing, I really don't know why it happens. It's embarrassing.

Don't know if you're still around, anon, but what you're describing might be palilalia. It's a tic, a speech disorder that's associated with Tourette's and various shades of autism. I'd research it a bit and see if it rings true for you, then maybe bring it up with your doctor if it really bothers you or inhibits your daily activity at all.
