And I figure people grow up, have families, and are busy; the young fans coming in are in a different Internet than the one we had.

To us it might seem lazy and disposable and all about instant gratification, but that's also the general media culture they're operating in. You can't blame platforms for shifting to cater to that.

Tumblr wins by image-hosting, really.
