I didn't know the fandom was dead? Or do you have a particular milestone (pre-2004 movie, pre-LND, pre-25th anniversary Ramin/Sierra insanity, demise of the phantomoftheopera.com forums) in mind? I kind of drifted away when Ramin/Sierra fans started multiplying, even though I liked the 25th anniversary concert way more than the 2004 clusterfuck. I still love Maria Bjornson's costumes and the work of a few fic writers and artists, but I'm just lurking, still hoping there'll be a big event that'll pull me back in. A new animated or live-action film adaptation of Leroux or a Kay miniseries or something.
