I know he's embarrassed about having put on some weight, and next to me everyone looks huge anyway. I'm not confident enough to just tell him I find him attractive.

(Anonymous) 2015-01-06 02:45 pm (UTC)(link)I'm weirdly flattered. It's not really an epic love story. We were friends when we were young (5-15) then we lost touch for ~8 years because he changed schools. Ran into each other in a local bar on Christmas Eve. Talked nearly every day since.
I'm pretty sure I've totally regressed to that horrible crush I had on him when I was a kid.
