I am so old. I probably use 15 percent of the functionality of my smartphone, and I have never dled an app.

However, one that came on the phone that I find really useful is the Notes one. I'm sure your phone probably already has one, but if not, you can find a free one, I'm sure. I dled a free one to my Kindle so I could take notes while in the bathtub.
