I know some people in two separate fandoms who were comfortable with a) giving an actor a novel-length porn slash fic of them getting it on with their male co-star or b) showing barely legal musicians a twincest drawing / montage of them to sign.
I know the actor in question kept having fans groping his butt at photo opportunities (old and young alike, actually the old fans were worse). I was here to hear one fan ask at a Q&A "What are your preferences about pubic hair shaving?".

I'm afraid a lot of people who post sexual comments about actors on fan boards would totally say exactly the same to them in person, and think they were witty.

Telling them to think about what they would think if someone talked about their dad like that might work. Might.
