16. Mostly unrelated, but that was one of the biggest reasons I was never interested in converting to Christianity, the idea that you have to be Christian to go to heaven. What? So a serial killer on his deathbed who repents at the last minute can go, but a non-Christian who has done nothing but good for others in his/her life can't? That just doesn't seem fair to me.

Me, too! I mean, my friend told me she was 'all right' with it, because all of his friends were dead, and I told her that I was okay with it, too, for that reason, but the truth is, I'd been PRAYING for it. Of course, this was not the case when Fred died, and I'm still mourning the fact that he's gone and George remains. Alone.
