Pretty sure having sex with someone under false pretenses like that is generally regarded as rape. It certainly isn't fully consensual.

In the UK, you can lie about your name and who you are, your history, your marital status, get someone pregnant even, and it's not legal rape if they're of age.

This is why I find fandom labels like noncon/dubcon preferable to real world labels of rape. Noncon covers much more than rape does.
