How the heck are you getting close to 1600 calories a day at 127lb? That's the equivalent of a 150 pound dude.

A 125 pound woman's BMR is like 1300.

NAYRT, but at 125lbs, an hour of low-impact aerobics burns about 350 calories. Depending on what OP's day involves, it's really not that hard to increase your caloric needs beyond BMR.

At 127 pounds, the BMR is 1390.75 calories a day.

But that's just to wake up and SURVIVE. If you actually get out of bed (which I do) you have to look at daily calorie needs which is here: http://www.bmi-calculator.net/bmr-calculator/harris-benedict-equation/

I'm largely sedentary, so I multiply by 1.2 which is 1668.9 calories a day.

Oh, okay. I thought you said your BMR was 1580 and was like what?
