Ah I must have misremembered the topic I read.

I have divided feelings too. I try to support 2-3 movies are year but I can't afford more than that. Books are easier and cheaper.

But also want to try before I buy with games. I miss demos :( games are real expensive down under. I want to test before possibly dropping 80 on a game. I only buy 2 a year (and play maybe 3 a year?)

I totally get that. I don't pass any ethical judgement on piracy at all - again, I do think it's an industry issue, not an ethics issue. And not being able to afford media is absolutely a problem I can sympathize with :(
