I'm not quite sure what "but why are you put similiar feature" means (why are they in the same secret maybe?), but they do have a couple of things in common. They're both from anime (Sailor Moon and Pokemon, respectively), they both have the ability to speak, they both can be a bit...I suppose "sassy" might be accurate, and they come across as pretty likable characters although the cat in the bottom picture is technically an antagonist in the show. I can see why OP would be drawn to them. They both have very human-like personalities despite their physical appearance

those cats have white fur and yellow 'thing'(a crescent and 'idon'tknowwhatonmeowth'shead). that's it.

Well, sure, they don't have much in common appearance-wise, but they do have things in common trait-wise, as mentioned above
