Plus, I totally think that Korra's PTSD in season four was a response to how disappointed people were that there was no exploration of the period in which Korra had lost all her bending (save air) in season one.

A lot of things were kind of shuffled over in Book 1, and I really wish production had been less chaotic and they'd had more episodes to do character things. Saying FUCK ALL Y'ALL WE'RE DOIN' IT in Book 3 and in Book 4 in particular made so very many things so much better.

And the PTSD arc ... honestly, that was magnificent. So very, very well done.
