Re: What's the best worst thing

I've already talked about this on here before, but probably "I, Frankenstein" it was almost too stupid to be enjoyable, but not quite so it ended up being fun. I mean, any movie that involves a broody and inexplicably sexy Frankenstein's monster is bound to be somewhat amusing.

I also say a movie recently that was called "Grabbers" which I actually enjoyed. It's a dumb horror movie that takes place in Ireland about these sea creatures that are attacking people and taking their blood and the only way to save yourself is to get fucking wasted because alcohol is poison to them. It's as ridiculous as it sounds, but I was kind of surprised by how much I genuinely liked some of the characters. it also had Russell Tovey in it (George from Being Human) which I didn't know about, so that was a nice surprise.

Russell Tovey is just great to watch--he's really good, in my opinion (and they gave him the best lines in BH)

He really is! He plays snarky characters very well

Oh, Grabbers was a pretty good movie!

ayrt

It was a lot better than I thought it was be! I came away from it actually shipping the main characters, which is generally something I never bother doing in horror movies (well, movies that are ostensibly horror in this case. It was more goofy than horror I guess)

I watched the first half of Grabbers and it was really really good but I haven't gotten around to watching the second half

well that's my story

Grabbers was freaking awesome.

Seriously, it's about drinking, Lovecraftian monsters, and humor, and the two leads are both really freaking cute.

I'm gonna put it on my next "low budge horror" awesomestream.

The male lead reminded me a little bit of Jeff Goldblum for some reason (but cuter)
