I'm sure you could get a CD copy of Amazon or the like. Get the Ultimate edition that includes all the DLC. It doesn't cost a whole lot more and it's well worth it if you find yourself liking the game.

Awakening is imo better than the main game in a lot of ways (including smoother combat with faster animations), Stone Prisoner, Return to Ostagar, and the Soldier's Peak DLC add great content to the main game, and Witch Hunt and Amgarrak do a nice job wrapping up the Warden's story and prepping you for DA2.

It doesn't require an internet connection to play, but I think it does require net briefly to do things like validate your copy (and MAYBE dl DLC.)
