I knew I couldn't be the only one. While I do like scruffy dudes, a well groomed man is always in style for me. Tbqh, an icon of him in uniform (smirking of course) was what prompted me to see the movie in the first place.)

Just enough scruff and grooming:) My personal favorite is Bucky in Uniform, standard issue charmer.

Hahaha I would have been surprised if someone hadn't.

It's not so much about the scruffiness or lack thereof for me. Bucky being rescued by Steve and all grimy and dirty was still pretty hot (to me). It's that hair. That long, stringy, greasy, hair. That, to me, just leaches all the hot away (sadly).
