I mean, if you want the simplest, most effective way to the end result. in b4 but that would be horrible, because world peace is what OP asked for and world peace was achieved, unless OP wants to change their goal conditions.

It very obviously depends on what you mean by peace. To the point of being almost unproductive to talk about.
