Definitely kill people, but not nearly as many as other folks are saying. Given, say, Green Lantern's abilities, I'd just do decapitations. Literally.

If you're in a position of power, and you're using that power in a way that is counter to world peace, planetary survivability, and human dignity, your head comes off.

Dick Cheney? Head.

Teodoro Obiang Nguema Mbasogo? Head.

Vladimir Putin? Head.

Ismael Garcia? Head.

Those six Waltons with more money than half of America put together? Six heads.

Kim Jong-Un? Head.

Rupert Murdoch? Head.

Yes, these guys will just be immediately replaced by some other motherfucker in the power structure, but if the new motherfucker is just as bad as the old motherfucker? Head, motherfucker. They'll get the point before long; these aren't guys who commit crimes out of desperation or need, they're assholes looking out for what they see as their own self-interest.
