Well that is actually kinda easy for me, but I would have loved it to have a first chapter that holds up to the quality of the rest of the fic, but there is a lot of other fics I would miss.

At Least There's The Football, Mycroft Holmes/Lestrade (BBC!Sherlock)
I just love how it is written and how their story evolves and I like all that OCs and the dynamics between everyone. It is pretty much a get together/getting to know each other fic and it is just a nice (be it a long) read.

But I would also have trouble giving this one up as it is pure gold and one of the very few crossover fanfics that I enjoy.
