Become the overlord of the world and rule with an iron fist.

Then the only conflict in the world would be between the rebels and my forces. If I won, then world peace, if I held them at bay then we've reduced the amont of wars in the world to 1. that's not bad going.

I don't think it counts as "just" one war if it's happening in an arbitrarily large number of theaters.
