As much of a hassle as it is, you can call them about it (and wait, and wait, and wait for someone to pick up e_e). I had to have them fix mine when I originally signed up because it got messed up.

Ugh, I'm jobless right now and my discount is based on my guess for what I'll make this year. I am NOT looking forward to when I get a job what I'm going to owe them in exchange. Fffff.
