(Anonymous) 2015-01-21 01:08 am (UTC)(link)The Blight lasted one year in canon, and Lothering was destroyed during the Blight, not afterward. Timeline's still plenty wonky, but there's way more room in there for fudging than if the Blight lasted two years.
