Re: Venture Brothers season 6 special (Spoilers)

I loved all of it! I'm a little sad that there wasn't a cameo from Pete (I mean, we even got one from Dermott), but the characters who did appear were great. I especially loved the surprise badassery from Billy's mother, every scene involving Dr. Mrs. The Monarch, and Watch and Ward because they were kind of adorable. I also liked that we got to see Dr. Venture and JJ mutually getting along even though the circumstances weren't exactly ideal. ngl, I teared up when Dean and Rusty said goodbye to him. I can't wait for the new season. It's one of those shows that manages to get better and better each season rather than worse. It makes the long waits between seasons more tolerable

edit: I totally spaced and forgot that Pete was at the funeral, oops. Also, General Treister was perfect. I honestly wasn't sure they would ever bring him back again, but him literally hulking out was great.
