I hope insurance allows you to see an oral surgeon! I had only three wisdom teeth, and those were minimally impacted; with the oral surgeon, I just zoned out for what seemed like no more than a minute or two, and woke up with no wisdom teeth. I had minimal pain afterward--I might have taken one of the percocet he prescribed to me, at most, and I'm sure that if I had had classes the next day, I could have gone provided it didn't involve driving. I'm sure that having it done by an oral surgeon--and not being awake for it--had a lot to do with my quick recovery.

I know that not everybody is that lucky--still, why shouldn't you be?

Thank you! <3 I don't actually know how impacted mine are, but the dentist said that I could wait until spring break, or even summer vacation if I have to, so I'm hoping that means that they're minimal. |D
