So I asked my SO (white, tattooed, long hair, just turned fifty) what he does as he's walking somewhere. He said yes, he'd move aside for a woman, and also for a man older than him, out of politeness. But any younger guy trying to play 'chicken' or not move will get slammed, because he's all 'rar, fuck you, whippersnapper!'

I will attest to him having a pretty good 'i will eat you alive' public face, though no, he's not a biker or anything.

Me, i avoid everyone because i absolutely do *not* want to touch or actually get close to strangers. Around here (middle of the country), i've never had a guy over the age of about 20 *not* move aside, even if they didn't necessarily need to. Younger guys are way more inclined to not move.

This is Tabaqui, btw - my hard drive is toast so i'm on a borrowed tablet for a bit.
