I tend to do this with movies more than TV shows, I find it easier to sink my time into a two hour movie for eye-candy than spend what could be 20+ hours with a TV show for the same reasons(especially if I don't actually end up caring about the characters/story in a show).

But that's just personal preference and if someone wants to watch a show for pretty people? Go for it.

I do the same thing. TV shows are too much of a time investment just for the eye candy, but if I lose a couple hours to a shitty movie, eh. I've lost hours to shitty movies that didn't have pretty people, too.
