Text: when I said I wasn’t interested in your favorite show because of the way women and minorities were portrayed, you accused me of being a “Fake SJW.”

The irony is, you’re right.

If I told you the truth - that I couldn’t get past the first episode because the characters were wooden and the plot makes no sense - you would be really hurt. (I think you’re overinvested in the show in general and overidentifying with the main character in particular, but telling that would also really hurt you.

I wish I could be honest, but you don’t want to hear it.
