Buy three houses. One for my mom in Virginia Beach. One for me in Colonial Williamsburg. And one in South Florida for visiting the relatives. Buy my mom a new car. Buy myself a new car. Send my nephew to private school. Put away enough for his college education, a car and a starter house. And then travel. Travel. Travel.

Oh, and I'd get a nice camera and start shooting short films. I think I would take up directing. Even go back to college for it.

Oh God I just read "buy tree houses" and I was all "that actually sounds like a cute idea, I wouldn't mind one of those cool tree houses either!".
Maybe I should think about going to sleep...

Tree houses would be awesome too. Though I wouldn't want them in hurricane prone Virginia. One moment you have tree house. The next your house is not a ground house because the tree was knocked over.
