'cause going straight to 'critique'* of a show their friend identifies with could be considered rude.
But then OP's friend has already jumped to 'fake SJW' claims so probably too late to avoid an over reaction.
*I wouldn't consider OP's reasons for disliking it as proper critique and well is critique needed for everythign? Can't OP just say they don't like it and leave it at that without ripping into friend's presumably fave show?
Critique is a useful thing to learn to accept, but over a tv show or something is not the best way to learn it because they can't help enjoying it anymore than OP can help not enjoying it.
