I cry all the time lol (at movies, songs, books, whatever). It's pretty much always in private though because even though I'm a crybaby, I'm still kind of emotionally repressed and can't handle the idea of people seeing me cry (example: in my YA lit class a few months ago we watched a JK Rowling interview where she talked about how the idea of the mirror of erised came to her because she was thinking about the fact that she would give anything to just see her late mother for even a few minutes and I'm pretty sure that the effort of keeping my tears in nearly gave me an aneurysm even though it probably wouldn't have mattered because a couple of other people in class teared up)

I'm a total crybaby as well, and I wish I could stop tears from coming when in public. It's pretty embarrassing, especially when time doesn't really call for it. I mean, I've cried in public in quite a few embarrassing situations, so I think I've gotten over my fear of people staring at me crying but it's still embarrassing. LOL
