I don't know how doxxing sites on tumblr are actually allowed to exist. Like the one that damaged this cartoonist. Isn't it against the rules to make things that promote bullying, any kind of bullying? Doesn't which side you are on.

It's really weird. I've reported doxx posts and had them disappear within 10 minutes, and yet the account and posts that doxxed Pleb are still up to this day--despite many, many people reporting it to tumblr staff.
