Not recently, but I once read a fic that, while it wasn't very good in general (it was Draco/Hermione, which should tell you all you need to know), had an author with the incredibly baffling conviction that "crimson" meant silver. There was at least one other color fuckup, but that was the one that came up the most often.

Perhaps they're colour-blind :D
(Pairing-blind for sure, what kind of ship is Draco/Hermione anyway O_O)

One that is nearly impossible to write decently, if it can be done at all, and way too popular.

Tbh, I'm not perfectly happy with all the canon pairings, but with Draco and Hermione I enjoy her punching him more than anything else.

Oh, I agree. I'm still huddled in my nearly-deserted Harry/Cho bunker. But Draco...the problem with Draco is the nauseatingly OOC fanon. ~~(Said the hypocrite who adores fanon!Éponine.)~~

Always on the lookout for good Dramoine fics (I really can't read it if I find Draco out of character, actually, either of them). Got into the pairing this summer after re-watching the movies and I realized...why not?

lol I obviously can see the WHY NOT, but I tend to like enemies having some kind of "romantic" [albeit messed up] relationship, especially the kind where they both feel disgusted and confused with themselves because they shouldn't want what they're having right now, but they're totally into it.

Actually, you should make a chart. Not making a wise ass comment, but I honestly would like a chart. I like charts.
