I guess it's cause I'm one of those few people who LOVE the Star Wars prequels, along with the Originals. And that I liked Pirates 2, but felt three was kind of bad cause they filmed it literally right after two and the writers had an unfinished script.

Though Star Trek can fit you category, even if I liked aspects of STItD.

Well, Pirates 2 only came out three years after the first one, didn't it? That's still a reasonable amount of time. It's only when there's a really long gap between movies that I get suspicious.

I admit, I really didn't care for the new Star Trek movies. Sorry!
