Ugh, I hate it when this happens. It happened to my fandom during a week-long event once. A FUCKING WEEK. At that point finishing the event is just a matter of basic fucking courtesy towards all the people you involved in your plans, imo. All our mod had to do was check one lousy tumblr tag and hit reblog a couple of times, but even that was too fucking much to ask for. When I saw her "lolbye" post I asked her twice (politely, I wasn't angry yet at that point) if she would at least be collecting the event entries at the end of the week, but she couldn't even be assed to answer one fucking ask. UGH.
