Really cause there are definitely some people who are overly critical of Carol? But then other factors need to be considered, like petty Kirk/McCoy shippers vs. petty Kirk/Spock shippers, or pickiness about characterization. (Don't get me wrong, there have been racism problems in the fandom for sure regardless of whether you can prove this double standard.)
