I remember the giant cockroaches from growing up in the Philippines. And the point in the year where they'd grow wings so they could mate. Honestly, they stopped bothering me after a while. You get used to them. At least the mostly don't bite.

Yep. We're there. These fuckers are airborne.

I can almost deal with ground roaches, because even if I find them gross, they're unlikely to touch me.

Omg the flying ones though. It's been like roach pinball in my house, right at head-height.

I had one fly in my face once. In the evening when I was outside and it was dark. I'm not usually bothered, but that was just gross.
