Tales of the Abyss and Tales of Symphonia. They're like a warm pair of slippers I can always slip back into when things are getting rough for whatever reason, it's a huge comfort to me.

Mostly old fics, Tales is sort of a strange fandom, haha. Rather than being for any specific game, there seems to be an over-arcing "Tales of" fandom that includes all of the games, so in most cases it's the newer/shinier titles that gets most of the love. There's still some nice art being produced, though, which is great!

I kind of want to check out the RP scene with one of the characters I play from Abyss, but I'm not sure where to start with that one.

Omegle and Tumblr are your best bet for finding RP.

I hadn't considered Omegle! I just can't get the hang of Tumblr RP, though. I could give it another shot, I suppose.

Is LJ/DW-based RP pretty much dead in the water, then?
