Because places like offices aren't like public transport where each person is only supposed to take up one space? I've never heard of any thing where people relaxing in a park should make way for 2 other people who must also sit on that park bench, or anybody literally spreading into someone else's office chair. Is the latter even possible. If you're going to bring up sj wank at least make sense.
