Finalising getting on the property ladder.

Oh god, this is more money then I've ever had before, terrifying.

Then going to a superbowl party, apparently this is a thing in the UK now.

Three bedroom flat above a station in London.

Real fixer upper but that's no problem, only helps keep the price below market for a weeks work. The area is vibrant and 'interesting' to say the least (ten years ago it was among the three worst areas for stabbings and robberies), but accessible, money is being poured into the area, and a new rail line is going to be set up in the next three years.

As much an investment as anything else.

Do like the property itself though, just hope everyone in the block doesn't hold late parties or have domestics at all hours. That's my biggest fear, though it doesn't seem to be the case.
