I'm getting somewhat annoyed at some readers of my fic. It gets reblogged on tumblr with comments in the tags, but there are practically no comments on the actual fic itself.

I feel somewhat bad complaining about it since they're readers and I should be happy and be grateful that the tagged comments exist at all... but at the same time, it'd be nice to have more activity shown on the actual fic since that's how some readers decide whether or not they want to give it a shot. (And they have accounts on FFN/Ao3, so no, it's not a matter of them not wanting to take the effort to make a new account.)

Fic is kind of shitty on Tumblr and is hit or miss. I judge my fics on how many views/kudos they get on AO3 rather than depending on Tumblr. I still post them to Tumblr, but I just know that they're not going to get as many notes as pretty fanarts.
