Immediately after the Hiatus, almost everybody died. No really. Everybody. Fucking. Died. Apparently nobody is ready to fuck with the Condesce right now. Even Aranea, who shown she can seriously put the God in God Tier, falls short. Everybody else, well...

Well shit.


John was fucking around during this and missed the carnage. He has since discovered what he's gained from touching the object is retcon-tier time travel. Unlike Dave, who had to either make a stable time loop or risk the death of everybody he cared about, whatever timeline John makes now remains the primary branch. This means he can change established events without risk. The cost for this was the death of every other John in the multiverse. The Roxy from his timeline has made a similar deal and is his traveling companion/blatant token heterosexual relationship interest.

A now very dead Terezi gave John a checklist of things to change and he got to it.

Meanwhile, a very dead Vriska has moved on. She's found contentment in the fact she's just not as relevant as she thought she should be. And more importantly, began to place less importance on that. Aranea only served as an example of what her crazyness taken to the next level could be. She's happy. She's Stable. She got a horrible Tatoo! And as for the fellow mellowing socoipath who helped her see that...



Meanwhile, nobody else but Hussie knowing any of this, guess what Terezi specifically had John retcon?

Wow does that return sound awful and disorganized. Sounds like some kind of infinite crisis mess.

On the other hand, I'm not that hard to entertain anyways, and ripping away Vriska's peace of mind sounds terrible and frustrating I can't not read now. Thanks for the brief summary, dude! I'll actually be catching up on this sooner than later :D
