Werewolf packs always seem weird to me. Like the Pack in The Otherworld. Most of them have killed innocent people before, especially Elena. So, why is she so much better than the mutts they enforce? (Actually, how the hell do they enforce mutts in all of North America anyway, they used to barely have ten people)
