I dunno if I'd call it more of the same, since she ended up behaving pretty darn differently, but it was crappy half-assed development. Which is the kind dead people get to have, as the Beforans pointed out to us. Ghosts in the dream bubbles for a long time pretty consistently turn into lamer people.

I guess strictly speaking Vriska became better in that she finally admitted her mistakes, but she also became an unbelievably boring apathetic sycophant.
