Until tumblr stops being the bane of society, yes.

"Tumblr" is not some sort of monolithic hive entity. Jesus fucking Christ.

Neither are "social justice" people all frothing-at-the-mouth lunatics.

(Anonymous) 2015-01-31 02:47 am (UTC)(link)
You're probably wasting your time. F!S sees Tumblr as a screeching, frothing hivemind, and I don't see that changing in the near future. :(

(Anonymous) 2015-01-31 03:02 am (UTC)(link)
I've specifically seen comments on here saying "some" or "a lot" of people on Tumblr, not referring to the site as a whole. You say F!S is hiveminding Tumblr, yet here you are hiveminding F!S.

(Anonymous) 2015-01-31 03:22 am (UTC)(link)
And I've specifically seen comments about "Tumblr's reaction"

So yeah, some F!S people are hiveminding Tumblr.

(Anonymous) 2015-01-31 03:39 am (UTC)(link)
Seems like everyone is hiveminding everyone, it's a vicious circle.

I think for the sake of time it's just easier to say "Tumblr" rather than "some people on Tumblr". You get the basic gist of what they mean if you're not being pedantic.

(Anonymous) 2015-01-31 03:01 am (UTC)(link)
Why are you taking my obviously silly comment seriously?

(Anonymous) 2015-01-31 03:19 am (UTC)(link)
Probably because some people actually act as if tumblr is the bane of society and the fandom was all sunshine and lolipops until tumblr came into being.

(Anonymous) 2015-01-31 05:05 am (UTC)(link)
Bahahahaha. Oh man. THIS.

(Anonymous) 2015-01-31 06:00 am (UTC)(link)
Because Tumblr takes EVERYTHING seriously. "Guys, this is important!!!"
