It's the literal meaning of "Lucifer". So "Lucifer Morningstar" is basically "Morningstar Morningstar", lol.

"Lucifer" means "light-bearer". One of the bynames of Lucifer was "the morning star".

Enh, it's another translation of 'Lucifer.' Also apparently the character from DC comics goes by Lucifer Morningstar, which is probably where I got it. (Which I'm kinda embarrassed about; you'd think I'd be more knowledgeable.)
