Actually that is pretty much what you said. Let me break down the implications

You have a problem with man spreading: Men taking up more space than they need for comfort
But you elect to deliberately occupy two spaces specifically so you don't have to deal with someone sitting next to you.

Actually AYRT said they did it out of fear and to avoid feeling threatened, which, as a woman who regularly uses public transport is a thing that happens. Last time I didn't talk to a drunk guy on a bus who decided I should, he elbowed me in the head and not a single other person on that bus did a thing. No one even acknowledged it.

Please tell me what men who sit that way have to fear? Suffocating their dicks?

I can only imagine you're reacting to the original starter of this thread, but even then your argument falls flat because they specifically said that if there was a shortage of space they'd rather stand. I take that to mean they wouldn't "deliberately occupy two spaces" if there weren't other spaces someone could take up. And if you'll notice, this whole thread is a rebuttal to the suggestion that women use bags on seats for comparable reasons to manspreading, and you've had two (three if you count mine above, because believe me I'd rather put my bag on a seat than get physically assaulted in public) examples as to why women might do that. Safety =/= comfort, as you seem to be implying.

So I find myself agreeing with the AYRT; I don't think your reading comprehension is up to much, either if you're replying to the wrong comment, or conveniently ignore the parts of that comment that don't correlate with your rather ignorant argument.
