If I think that the earth rotates around the moon, that is wrong and it is valid to say that it's wrong. I mean, is that thought policing? What kind of coherent statement are we trying to make when we say thought police?

It's kinda like how I approach evolution. I believe it's a thing, but if someone else doesn't and they're not a biologist (or in another scientific field where it really matters) I honestly do not care
as long as they're not trying to tell me I'm wrong, a bad Christian, ignorant, etc. - and I'll argue about it 'til the cows come home but only if they want to
