I'm in a similar situation w/ dental care. Not going to go into deets, but yeah, you've got my sympathies.

If you can get it pulled, just get the damn thing pulled. You can live without a tooth, even if it's a front tooth and you're going to look like a hillbilly. Then later when you've saved up enough or gotten dental insurance or whatever, you can get a bridge/dentures/idk what they do for missing teeth.

But seriously, don't leave it to rot if you can help it. It can lead to serious complications. (Serious as in losing your jaw or dying.)
