I'm not a doctor, but if there were concerns about "overvaccinating", your doctor would check your titres. Basically, they draw some blood, and test it for the antibodies for whatever you want to be vaccinated for. If you have enough antibodies in your blood, you're already immune and they don't need to vaccinate.
