The only one I can think of is tetanus, and my evidence for that is entirely anecdotal. I work in a clinical lab so my work provides a lot of vaccinations. I got sent down to occupational health for a booster and the nurse practitioner decided not to give me the tetanus one because I didn't know when I'd last had it (only that I knew I'd had it some point in the past).

But I don't remember why she wasn't happy about having too much of that in my system so it could be a complete non issue for you. Definitely check with a doctor.
